Client

Products include both physical and digital items, such as crystals, stones, guided meditations, and downloadable content.

2.2 By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using this website, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services and Payment

3.1 Divine Balance offers spiritual guidance, energy healing, workshops, and personal development services, both online and in person.

3.2 All prices appear clearly on the website or are communicated in advance.

3.3 Therefore, clients must complete payment before the session unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

3.4 Once a session has taken place, refunds are no longer possible unless agreed beforehand.

3.5 Likewise, digital products remain non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

4. Booking Confirmation

4.1 Divine Balance confirms a session or service after receiving full payment.

4.2 However, if payment does not arrive on time, Divine Balance may cancel or reschedule the booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Clients must submit cancellations in writing or by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

5.2 When cancellations occur within 48 hours, clients pay 50% of the session fee.

5.3 Moreover, no-shows without prior notice require full payment.

6.1 Divine Balance delivers all services with care, integrity, and professional attention.

6.2 All sessions and products support personal growth and well-being. However, they do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6.3 Therefore, clients remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and well-being.

6.4 Divine Balance does not accept liability for direct or indirect damage, emotional distress, physical injury, loss of income, or other consequences arising from participation in sessions or use of products, unless intentional misconduct or gross negligence applies.
